Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent dialysis experience required; Peds experience preferred but not required 2. Cases: Hemodialysis (HD) experience required; Pediatric Dialysis preferred; Acute Care Inpatient Dialysis, Chronic Outpatient Dialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis/CAPD listed among required skills 3. Certifications: BLS and PALS required 4. License: Valid state license required before start date; pending license acceptable at time of submission with proof and applied date; DC BON license check recommended for estimated arrival time 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 days; minimum 1-2 Saturday morning shifts per month; EOW weekend requirement; on-call required as needed with minimum 5 overnight on-call shifts per month, including 1-2 weekend 24-hour on-call shifts; facility may consider 4x12 shifts with OT billed after 48 hours; guaranteed hours: 36 8. RTO: 1 week max per contract (7 days maximum per 13-week contract); must make up if a full week is taken; RTO cannot be changed once submitted; must confirm all RTO before submission 9.
