- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years PACU experience required; no first-time travelers accepted. 1-3 years ICU experience also required (due to anticipated ICU patient holds in PACU). 2. Cases: PACU and ICU work settings required; Trauma Level I and II experience preferred. Extensive procedural skill set listed including cardiac, neuro, ortho, vascular, bariatrics, and more. 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; TNCC preferred. 4. License: Not specified. 5. Education: Not specified. 6. EMR: Cerner experience required; Pyxis and SBAR also noted as unit systems. 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10-hour shifts; hours 0930-2000 and 1230-2300; 24 hours of weekend on-call per month; one weekday on-call per week Monday through Friday 2300-0700. 8.
