- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; must be able to recover and hold ventilator patients 2. Cases: General, robotics, bariatrics, ortho, podiatry, ENT, urology, vascular (thoracic and vascular only — no open heart or cath lab), neuro, GYN, ENDO, pulmonology; no C-sections or suction D&C cases 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; all travelers must have required certifications prior to start 4. License: KY RN License (implied by facility location); AND (RN) education requirement noted 5. Education: AND (RN) required 6. EMR: Meditech Magic 7. Shifts/Call: 8:30A-9P, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday; 36 guaranteed hours/week; call requirement 11P-7A every other week (on a scheduled workday); at least 1-2 weekend shifts during 13-week contract 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius or greater required for travel rate; local rate $48/hr 11. Background: Not specified 12. Must be able to care for all ages including peds, adults, and geriatric patients. ICU-level recovery and hold capability required.
