- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; recent experience in Pedi PreOp/PACU and Pediatric Critical Care background required 2. Cases: ENT/OHNS, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Plastics, Vascular, Transplants, Hematology/Oncology, Gastro, Urology, Gyn, General Surgery, Dental; Ancillary/NORA: MRI, Endoscopy, IR; Pediatric Heart Center (EP, Cath - high acuity Cardiac); Select NORA and NCORA cases 3. Certifications: CA RN License, BSN, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CCRN, CPAN, CAPA preferred 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Day and Evening shifts; variable shift starts and lengths (8 or 12 hour); 8-hour shifts start at 06/07/08/09/10; 12-hour shifts start at 0630/08/09/10; 36-40 hours per week; schedule may be (3) 12s, (3) 8s/(1) 12, or (5) 8s, determined every 4 weeks; float to other UCSF facilities required; float required with low census 8.
