- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Phase I PACU, Phase II Recovery, Endo/Laparoscopic, General, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Ortho/Total Joints required or preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV placement required for all RNs 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; patient ratio 3:1 days and nights; call required on weeknights and weekend shifts; 2 weekend call shifts and 2 weeknight shifts per month (4 total) 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be greater than 75 miles; locals not accepted within that radius 11. Background: Not specified 12.
