Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PACU
Shift: Days, 7a-3p, 8×5 40hrs per week
Length: 8 Weeks
Call required: Weekdays 9p-7a. Weekend coverage 7a-7a. Block scheduling.
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 years experience
- Must have EPIC experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- IV Sedation (within 6 months of hire)
- BSN preferred
- Acute care experience preferred
Other Details:
- Total Bed Count: 7 pre-op beds, 8 PACU beds, 3 holding
- Staffing ratio: 2:1
- No floating required
- Medication system: Pyxis
- Documentation system: Cerner
- Communication: SBAR
