- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Appy, Gallbladder; ENT once a month; prior PACU experience required; Preop and PACU preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; must be at submission as certs are not available on site 4. License: New Mexico State RN License required; all clinical staff must be fingerprinted before hire with documentation that check is being processed; travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised; agency must have account with NM DOH; ORI code NM920160z 5. Education: RN required 6. EMR: CQI, Medhost 7. Shifts/Call: Days with some call on nights and weekends; on-call weekend coverage; once notified of a case, must be at work within 30 minutes; weekly guaranteed hours approximately 40 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel rate; local rate applies otherwise 11.
