- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years preferred; PACU experience required 2. Cases: General surgery, urology, ENT, ortho, colorectal, vascular, endo, cath lab, IR; vascular, cath lab, and endo recovery preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; PALS can be worked around 4. License: IN RN License (implied by facility location) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Varying 10-hour shifts (10:00 AM-8:30 PM); call required up to 4 times per 6-week schedule; weekends only if covering call 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
