- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; ICU experience required; ICU or ER background required, ICU preferred; 2-3 years PACU after ICU noted 2. Cases: Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Robotic, Vascular, TAVR, GYN, Trauma, ENT, Plastics, Transplants (primary kidney), Eyes, Cath Labs, IR, Pediatric 12 and up, Pediatric Traumas, ECTS; must be able to titrate drips and assist with vented patients; able to handle critical ICU care patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Three 12-hour shifts, 9:00-21:30; rotating weeknight call 21:30-07:00; rotating weekend call (1-2 24-hour weekend calls Saturday or Sunday 7:00-7:00); rotating holidays; float possible to pre-op/phase 2; patient ratios 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; Trauma Level I and II experience required 8. RTO: No pre-approved time off; must work at least 50% of holidays during contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 50 miles; travel experience required 11.
