- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: ENT (Tonsillectomy), General, Ophthalmology (Cataract extraction/implant, Eye Trauma) preferred; Eye/ENT patients primary diagnoses; BMTs, tonsils, adenoids, sinus, cataracts 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; must pass EKG Testing prior to start 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: No computerized system in use 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days only; 06:00-14:30 and 07:30-16:00 mix; will consider 4x8s or 5x8s; no call requirement; float to other Charlotte area ASCs only if needed (COSC, Ballantyne ASC, Huntersville ASC, Center City); no weekend requirement; unit closes 11/25/2026 (required end date) 8. RTO: 7 days max for AYA Auto Offer; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO could result in cancel and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
