- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: PACU and Same Day Surgery (Phase I and Phase II); PreOp patients 3. Certifications: CA RN License, ACLS, BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross; copies with valid expiration dates required at submission 4. License: Valid CA RN License required; Nursys upload within last 2 weeks required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 schedule; varied start times; on-call as needed (maximum 2 per 4-week schedule); floating between PACU and Same Day Surgery 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; only 1 holiday per contract may be requested; holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (holiday period begins 7:00 PM the night before and ends 7:00 AM the day after) 9.
