Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must be within the last three years in direct patient care; experience in ambulatory care setting including telephone triage within the last 3 years required 2. Cases: Primary care/family medicine; telephone triage, care coordination, wound care, pain management, behavioral/crisis management, prenatal care, pediatric care, MAT, podiatry, reproductive and transgender health, sports medicine, minor procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required; OR RN License required 4. License: Oregon RN License required; pending license accepted as long as application has been submitted and received by OSBN 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (charting system experience required) 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s or 5x8s (negotiable); no on-call required; possible float to East Portland clinic; no block schedule accommodation; weekends vary, no more than 1 Saturday per month; guaranteed 40 hours 8.
