- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Diabetes, Thyroid, HIV, Infection; endocrinology experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required; SC license prioritized 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5:00p; no on-call required 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; auto offers for 7 days or less non-holiday RTO; approval based on facility needs 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals considered case by case at 10% less than posted bill rate; non-locals prioritized 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4 hours average, non-billable, included in NBO hours, completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Solid Royal Blue or White top with Royal blue bottoms for all RNs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: PICCs, IVs and Venipuncture skills required Critical: Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing if within 90 days of start.
