- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years minimum required 2. Cases: Must function independently in Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma; proficiency with robotic general, GYN, thoracic, and urology specialties required 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by standard policy) 4. License: PA or compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix with 30-minute response required; 3-4 weekend shifts per 6-week matrix (days, evenings, or nights); holidays as needed; floating as needed; special scheduling requests and blocked scheduling cannot be approved 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; only one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate is $5 less than posted bill rate; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience required 14. Level I Trauma experience preferred; Level II with more than 1 year experience is the minimum. Facility is tobacco and fragrance free.
