Cases: Circulate and Scrub skills required; cardiac monitoring/EKG-Dysrhythmia knowledge required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP preferred; EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing required during compliance if offered; must have foundational knowledge and practical skills in cardiac monitoring 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits — candidate will be immediately rejected if submitted with a license hit 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: On call required; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles; no block scheduling; every fourth weekend coverage; self-scheduling 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13-week contract; NO holiday RTO at all; submissions exceeding this will be escalated 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from Integris as an employee to be eligible; gaps of 3 months or more in profile require explanation in work history 10.
