- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of OR experience required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Circulate and Scrub skills required; cardiac monitoring/EKG-Dysrhythmia knowledge required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP preferred; EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing required during compliance if offered; all must be in hand at submission 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits — immediate rejection if submitted with a license hit 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: On call yes; self-scheduling; no block scheduling; floating required within scope including to sister Integris facilities up to 75 miles; every fourth weekend coverage 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13-week contract; NO holiday RTO at all; violations escalated to Submittal Excellence/Team Lead 9. Returning Staff: Minimum 1 year separation from Integris as an employee required before eligible for submission 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals NOT accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from contracted facility; local submissions escalated to Submittal Excellence/Team Lead; 1 submittal allowed per traveler across ALL Integris campuses; no travel pairs 11. Background: No license hits accepted; immediate rejection if submitted with a license hit 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; non-clinical module hours are billable; clinical module hours are non-billable; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; first-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine: Required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only; COVID-19 Vaccine also required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
