Experience: 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required; must not have been out of the acute OR setting more than 6 months; will not consider applicants most recently in management roles 2. Cases: Must have strong experience in at least 2 of the top four specialties — Neuro/Neuro Spine (1st priority), Ortho/Ortho Spine (2nd), Vascular (3rd), Robotics (4th); additional specialties include Urology, Podiatry, Oncology GYN, and Misc. (General, ENT, Plastics) 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be able to scrub and circulate (hard stop) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; orientation includes separate Epic training beyond the 36-hour minimum orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights; 45 cases/17 rooms; no call required; no float requirement; block scheduling; contract length 13 weeks or longer through 2/27 end date 8. RTO: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit could result in cancellation and DNR; two pre-approved time off noted 9.
