Cases: Ortho (total joints with/without Mako robot, spine, minor ortho); General including GYN, Uro, ENT, Plastics; Robotics (GYN, Urology, General); full list includes Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Appendectomy, Arthroscopy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Cystoscopy, D&C, Free Flap Microvascular, Hernia repair, Laminectomy/discectomy, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Laryngectomy, Mako Surgical System, Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction, Nephrectomy, Open/Closed reduction of fractures, Prostatectomy, Radical neck dissection, Thyroidectomy, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Total joint replacement, Tracheostomy, TURP, Urologic robotic surgery, Whipple 3. Certifications: BLS required; LA fire card required within last 30 days (not reimbursed) 4. License: CA RN license must be in hand at submission; pending license not accepted; must disclose any license hits upfront; no open license hits approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1 Saturday shift per 6-week rotation; 2-3 on-call shifts per 6-week rotation; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day) 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; maximum 7 days (anything beyond requires client approval); limiting total RTO requests recommended 9.
