Certifications: RNFA credentialing through NBSTSA or NCCSA required; successful completion of an RNFA program meeting AORN standards required 4. License: Active Oregon RN License required; placement on the Oregon RNFA Registry required 5. Education: Completion of an RNFA program meeting AORN standards required 6. EMR: Not specified 7.
