- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Trauma experience required; Ortho (2 years lvl 1-2 exp including total joints), Neuro (2 years lvl 2 exp including cranis), Gen/Trauma, Vascular, Endovascular/Hybrid, GYN/Uro, ENT/Plastics, Eyes, Robotics; must be very comfortable in a Level 2 trauma unit with well-rounded experience in all specialties; First-Timers not accepted 2. Cases: High acuity ortho, neuro, and general cases; HARDSTOP - laparoscopic cases required; DaVinci Robotics experience required (DaVinci Xi and DV5); Level 2 trauma required at minimum; busiest service lines include Ortho, Neuro, Gen/Trauma, Vascular, GYN/Uro, Robotics; 60-70 cases per day 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS strongly preferred 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; 1 year of Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10, 6:45-17:15 days; on-call required up to four 8-hour shifts per 4-week cycle; orientation held bi-weekly on Mondays; 40 guaranteed hours per week 8. RTO: No identified limitations; each submission considered on a case-by-case basis 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. DaVinci Robotics experience is a hard requirement. Laparoscopic cases experience is a HARDSTOP requirement.
