Required case experience includes Bariatric (laparoscopic assisted), General Surgery (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, mastectomy, thyroidectomy, Whipple), Neurology (cervical fusion, craniotomy, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion), Orthopedic (arthroscopy, carpal tunnel release, closed/open reduction of fractures), Plastic Surgery (free flap - microvascular), Transplant (organ donation), Urology (cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy), Trauma (amputations, gunshot/stab wounds, MVA). All service lines accepted except CV. 3. Certifications: BLS required; CNOR preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Active IL license required in hand or in application process at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: ALT shift 1045-2115 / 1245-2315; on-call required 1 per week (though less frequent now); 1 weekend shift per month; no block schedule; floats within skill set but rarely 8.
