Cases: Strong Neuro experience required; cardiac and transplant circulation; Neuro, Spine, Thoracic, Vascular experience a plus; extensive specialty experience listed including robotics, general, GYN, URO, plastics 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not explicitly specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 3x12, 0845-0715; may need charge duties; low census call-off possible in 4-hour increments up to 1 shift per 2-week cycle 8. RTO: 1 week max; minimal RTO; cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; candidates float within hospital; no floating to sister hospitals 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: 5-6 hours for RN, non-billable, completed pre-start; additional 6 hours for WA suicide prevention if working with MSL; recorded via facility transcripts 13.
