Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required with strong OR experience 2. Cases: Ortho experience required, General as secondary 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license in hand preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s with start times 0645, 0900, 1100, 1445; on-call as needed only 8. RTO: No more than 5 days; must communicate vacation plans between sign date and start date 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile travel requirement (locals redirected except for Radiology positions) 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance; fingerprinting required 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required (average 8 hours), $150 stipend provided; onsite Epic/Excellian classes billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: First-timers not accepted. Float within hospital or affiliate hospitals required.
