- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for day shift 2. Cases: All surgical cases except transplants and open heart; includes robotics. High volume of orthopedic cases, particularly total joints. Skills include abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, spinal fusion, total joint replacement, craniotomy, laparoscopic procedures, Whipple, and many others as listed. 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), PALS — all required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech documentation experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift, 3x12s, 0630-1900. On call required: 2-3 weeknights per month and 1-2 weekend days per month; on-call hours 0700-1900 or 1900-0700. Every third weekend on call. 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 50 miles 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 12 hours 13.
