- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required per notes; job requirements section lists 2 years — confirm with account manager. Previous Charge Experience required. 2. Cases: Level I Trauma, Liver and Kidney experience required. Skills include Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Craniotomy, Carotid Endarterectomy, Spinal Fusion, Total joint replacement, Trauma, General OR, Gunshot/stab wounds, and various orthopedic and vascular procedures. 3. Certifications: BLS required; Trauma Certification required with at least 2-3 years of Level I Trauma experience. 4. License: PA or compact license required at time of submission. 5. Education: BSN required. 6. EMR: Cerner; charting system experience required. 7. Shifts/Call: Shift is 6:45a-3:15p Mon-Fri. 6-week schedule requires: (2) Weekend Nights (8 or 12 hrs depending on staffing); Holiday Call (1) Summer and (1) Winter (8 or 12 hrs); Work (1) Summer and (1) Winter Holiday (8 or 12 hrs). On-call 2 weekends required per contract. 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time-off slots noted. 9. Returning Staff: Not specified. 10. Travel/Local: Local rate differential noted; confirm local awareness of lower rate. 11. Background: Not specified. 12. Modules: Orientation hours listed as 40. 13.
