Cases: Experience with a majority of the following required: Whipple, Esophagectomy, Ex Lap, Bowel resection, Thyroidectomy, Parathyroidectomy, Adrenalectomy-Laparoscopic, Neck dissection, Breast reduction, Stage one and two breast reconstruction, Free Flaps, Mastectomy, Lumpectomy, Sentinel lymph node biopsy, Melanoma excision; DaVinci experience highly preferred; Oncology, Ortho, and Neuro experience highly preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required; AHA or Red Cross not specified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Primarily day shift with possible night shift rotation; off-shifting possible 1-3 shifts per 4-week scheduling period; weeknight call 1-2 nights per week on average; weekend call approximately every 4-5 weeks (24 hours Saturday or Sunday, 1-2 days per month); block schedule cannot be accommodated; float required within service lines 8.
