- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II preferred; Charge experience preferred; Community Hospital experience preferred; call out if NO children's facility experience in work history 2. Cases: Peds General OR required; Ambulatory OR, CVOR, General OR, Peds CVOR, and Trauma preferred; extensive list of surgical skills and procedures noted in the VMS 3.
