- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Orthopedic Circulator with Total hip and total knee experience required; Spine experience preferred. Additional skills listed include lobe/lung resection, thoracotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, laparoscopic assisted procedures, thyroidectomy, arthroscopy, fracture reductions, laminectomy/discectomy, spinal fusion, total joint replacement, cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and transurethral resection of the prostate 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7.
