- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission 2. Cases: Mohs Surgery patients; provides professional nursing care, records patient histories, performs diagnostic tests, administers medications, develops patient care plans, assists physicians during examinations and procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA Basic Life Support or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers 4. License: SC RN License required or Compact license must be in hand prior to start; SC license prioritized; pending license considered with proof of application 5. Education: Bachelor of Nursing or higher degree preferred, ADN accepted 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 7:00a-5:30p; No weekends required; No on-call required; No floating required 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; Auto offers for 7 days or less non-holiday RTO; 7+ days and/or holidays require facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff (including PRN) must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius rule; locals accepted on case-by-case basis at 10% less than posted bill rate; non-local candidates prioritized first 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Average 4 hours, non-billable, completed pre-start, included in NBO hours 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue 15.
