- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: High volume spine, ortho, bariatrics; 15-20 cases daily 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS required; LA County Fire Card with 4-year expiration required (preferred prior to start or within 30 days) 4. License: CA RN License required; valid permanent California license must be in hand at time of submission; Nursys report dated within last two weeks required 5. Education: Not specified 6.
