- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required; Neuro experience required; Trauma Level I and II experience required 2. Cases: Aneurysm clipping, cervical and lumbar fusion, laminectomy, craniotomy for tumor, subdural hematoma, acoustic case, VP shunts; Must rate 3/4 for craniotomy, aneurysm, endovascular neuro and posterior fosse decompression 3. Certifications: BLS required - AHA only 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening Mon-Fri 3x12s (0940-2210) with weekend call rotation, possible holiday call; potential every 4-5th weekend if call required 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
