- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; Level 1 experience desired plus 3 years recent experience in OR 2. Cases: Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; will NOT accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Call required - 6:30p-7a weekdays, 7a Saturday through 7a Monday weekends; 40 min response time; first 6 weeks will have 2-3 calls during week, next 6 week period will have a weekend 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must know at submission if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted within 75 miles for Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology; 100 miles for all other specialties 11.
