- Unit Notes:**Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.** # Suites 4, but run 3 concurrently RNs also cover Pre-surgery/PATT and PACU Average # of cases per day 9 Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS Common Cases General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Cardiology (pacemakes, lead revisions, etc) Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have experience with the above specialties and Pre-surgery and PACU Scrubbing required - RN's No Charge Nurse/House Supervisor OR techs EMR Paragon Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 8 hour shifts beginning between 0545 and 0900; manager builds schedule Weeknight/Call Requirements Yes, rotated through trained RNs Weekend/Call Requirements Yes, rotated through trained RNs Holiday/Call Requirements Yes, rotated through trained RNs What is call response time? Must be ready to make incision within 30 minutes or less for STAT cases Floating Requirements RNs also cover Pre-Surger/PATT and PACU Scrub Color/Dress Code Scrubs are provided by the hospital Unit/Department specific orientation one week orientation *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* All clinicians must clock in and out at facility Updated 6/17/26 Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:Other Computerized System(s) not Listed BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:Day shifts (8-hour shifts/start between 0545 and 0900 and end between 1345 and 1700 plus call.
