- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; candidates with at least 1 year in Level I Trauma may be screened if they have 2+ years overall 2. Cases: General OR, Ortho, Trauma, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Plastics, GU, Colorectal, Robotics; Core 2 must have 3/4 Ortho and Trauma; CV and Transplant not required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS noted with asterisk; all certifications required per charting system field 4. License: Indiana, compact, or temp license required at time of start; pending license accepted; Note: Effective 11/30/24, IN RNs cannot work IU Health facilities EXCEPT Periop/OR RNs, which are exempt 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday with call and/or holidays; on-call is 40-60 hours per 6 weeks (can vary); 6 call shifts per 6-week period; weekend-only position also available 8. RTO: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
