Requirements
- Required certification: OR
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; 3 years preferred; 18 months required per facility policy 2. Cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT required; Neuro experience required - Adult experience OK 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be in hand to submit 4. License: IN license required; must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses obtainable once permanent license applications submitted 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACE
