- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required per notes; 3 years listed in job requirements section 2. Cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT required; Neuro experience required (Adult OK); Level I Trauma experience preferred/required; extensive surgical case list including ECMO, burn procedures, tumor resections, craniotomy, spinal fusions, Whipple, free flap microvascular, and pediatric cases 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Licenses must be in hand at time of submission; IN RNs restricted from non-exempt positions after 11/30/24; Periop/OR RNs are exempt from IN RN restriction 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s 7:00-17:30 or option for 5x8s 7:00-15:30; 4 call shifts per 6 weeks required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers with permanent Indiana residence offered $15 below current bill rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 40 hours 13.
