Cases: Ortho, Spine, Vascular, ENT, General, Gyn required; Circulate: ENT, General Surgery, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Post-op, Pre-op; Scrub: Vascular; No CVOR, neuro, or robotics required; Must have Ortho and Spine experience; Prefer RNs who can scrub proficiently 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by AHA standard) 4. License: WA license mandatory for OR Techs; National cert preferred but not required for OR Techs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic is a HARD STOP requirement — redirect anyone without Epic experience 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; flexible for 8/10/12-hour shifts; start times 7am, 9am, 11am, 3pm; Call is approximately 48-56 hours per 6-week schedule (6-7 eight-hour shifts per 6 weeks); no weekends 8.
