Cases: Cardiac (CABG, MAZE, Mitral valve replacement, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, vein harvesting, radial artery harvesting), Vascular (AV fistulas/grafts, aortic surgeries/bypasses, femoral to popliteal or distal bypasses, carotids, embolectomies), General Surgery (colorectal/colon resections, laparoscopic assisted surgeries, Whipples, liver resections, thyroids, mastectomies), Ortho (arthroscopies, total joints), ENT (trachs, laryngectomies, radical neck dissections), Urology (cystectomies, nephrectomies, prostatectomies, cysto-related), Robotics (gyn, colorectal, hernias, lap nissens), GYN (abdominal/vaginal hysterectomies, posterior/anterior repairs), Thoracic 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard submission requirements); copy required at submission 4. License: WV/Compact RN License required; can submit with pending license; Nursys pulled within 2 days of submission date; clean license required; hits submitted on case-by-case basis 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner and Accudose; Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, 9a-9p or 11a-11p; every other weekend call; 1 day of call per week; 1-2 weekends per 4-5 week schedule; Sunday-Friday nights 7p-7a covered by staff; major holidays covered by call (emergencies only); 30-minute response time when on call; guaranteed 36 hours 8.
