Shifts/Call: Block scheduling, 7am-5pm surgical block with occasional late stay approximately 5-8 days per month; late stay used approximately 3-4 times per month; no call, zero weekend shifts per contract; float to another surgery center possible but unlikely 8. Special Equipment: Standard OR equipment including 100% Skytron slider beds, Neptune suction, Stryker power, Arthrex integrated arthroscopy on booms, mini-C and large-C x2 each, New Hanna Table, Trios table (Jackson) flat and spine, Zeiss Microscope/Wilson frame, pegboard and other ortho positioning equipment Critical: RN with scrub ability is a plus but not required. Community hospital experience preferred. Daily census 10-20 across five ORs. Anesthesia staff moves patients to and from OR using motorized stretchers.
