- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of Ambulatory and OR experience required; Total Joint experience is mandatory (hard stop) 2. Cases: Total Joint replacement required; additional skills include Ambulatory OR, Arthroscopy, Open/Closed reduction of fractures, Ortho/Spine, Laminectomy/discectomy, Laparoscopic assisted cases, MIS, and various other surgical procedures listed 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA or American Red Cross only 4. License: Must be active at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour shifts between 0600-1700; occasional weekends required; no floating; no on-call; no scheduling requests can be accommodated 8.
