Cases: Lobe resection, Lung resection-Thoracotomy, Thoracotomy, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Arthroscopy, Closed reduction of fractures, Laminectomy/discectomy, Open reduction of fractures, Ortho/Spine, Spinal Fusion, Total joint replacement, Cystoscopy, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Transurethral resection of the prostate 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS required; LA fire card within last 30 days required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Mediteach charting system 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 4-6 times in 6-week timeframe; Monday-Friday 2300-0700, Saturday-Sunday 0700-1900 or 1900-0700 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum offer time; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with locations and dates 10.
