- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission 2. Cases: Hardstop requirements: Ortho Trauma, Craniotomy, Trauma, Trauma Level II; Large MVA and Motorcycle cases 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS required, CNOR preferred; copies of all certifications required at submission 4. License: Not specified for state requirements 5. Education: Complete degree information required including area of study, institution city/state, and degree type 6. EMR: Epic experience strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: Call required - 2 weeknights every 6 weeks, one weekend Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts (days or nights) every month and a half 8. RTO: Maximum 7 total days in 13 week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75 mile radius rule; locals not accepted; must provide map directions from permanent address to facility 11. Background: 7 years work history required; zero 30+ day employment gaps 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; completed during orientation, vary by specialty, required annually 13.
