Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required 2. Cases: Circulating experience required in General, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, and Da Vinci Robot specialties; OR Scrub/Circulator experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required; all required certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: RN licensure required to work in WV 5. Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in WV 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; call requirement of 1 night/week and 1 weekend/month; potential for weekend coverage/call every other or as needed; orientation is biweekly on Wednesdays 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel; local rate is $52.80 11. Background: Not specified 12.
