- Unit Notes:**Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.** # suites 6 OR plus 2 GI suites # of cases per day 10 to 30 Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS, ACLS Common Cases TKA, THA, ORIF, ROBOT CHOLE, ROBOT HERNIA, CATARACTS, GI ENDOSCOPIES, PODIATRY Experience or 'Must have' skills ORTHO, ROBOT Scrubbing required - RN's Yes Charge Nurse/House Supervisor NO OR techs EMR Cerner Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 0630-1700 plus call Weeknight/Call Requirements 2 per week Weekend/Call Requirements 1 every 4th weekend Holiday/Call Requirements 1 Summer, 1 Winter What is call response time? 30 minutes Floating Requirements Occasionally to IR for Pain Cases or ED or Floor for extra hands Scrub Color/Dress Code Grey/Provided Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:4 10 hour days, plus call 2 nights a week, and one weekend a month.
