- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time traveler may be accepted with strong experience. HARD stop — must have both circulating and scrub experience for this department. 2. Cases: Trauma OR; extensive surgical case experience required/preferred including orthopedic, spine, vascular, cardiovascular, thoracic, neurology, plastics, ENT, general surgery, and trauma cases. See skills list for full detail. 3. Certifications: BLS required; CNOR preferred. 4. License: RN MD (Maryland) license required. 5. Education: Not specified. 6. EMR: Epic required. 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating Days — 2x8 (07:00-15:30) and 2x12 (07:00-19:30) shifts; 40 hours per week. 36 hours of pre-scheduled on-call coverage required per 6-week schedule cycle.
