Cases: General, GYN, Urology, Orthopedic Total Joint/Sports Med, DaVinci XI (GYN, GEN, and URO robot cases) required; must pass 3 out of 4 required specialties on skill checklist 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: IN/Compact License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days; call required — no more than 40 hours of call per 6-week period; 45-minute response time; 4/12-hour shifts per 6-week period; 1 Friday and 1 Saturday 12-hour call (7p-7a) per 6 weeks 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers with IN permanent residence will be offered $15 below current bill rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
