- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years OR experience required; no first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, Plastics — all HARDSTOPS; skills list includes wide range of surgical procedures (craniotomy, trauma, spine, laparoscopic, etc.); ability to circulate emergent craniotomy is required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required 4. License: CO RN License or Compact RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required — HARDSTOP 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour shifts, 0645 starts; occasional float to 0845 and 1045 starts; occasional float to nights (no more than 3 shifts per contract); on-call approximately 3 shifts per 8-week schedule period; weekends as needed; no guaranteed hours 8. RTO: 10 RTO days max approved; RTO not allowed during: September 2-12, 2026; October 25-November 4, 2026; November 22-December 2, 2026; December 20-January 3, 2027 (flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions) 9. Returning Staff: Any resource who completed a full year on assignment must not be rebooked for at least one year 10. Travel/Local: Local bill rate is $96 if candidate lives less than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
