- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years OR experience required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, Plastics — all HARDSTOPS; scrubbing spine from Level 1 trauma center preferred; CT, TX, burn, Ortho, Sports Med/Hand/Foot/Ankle, and vascular helpful but not required; must be able to circulate emergent craniotomy 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required 4. License: CO RN License or Compact RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required — HARDSTOP 7. Shifts/Call: Nights, various days; weekends as needed; no on-call requirement; float to other UCH ORs required 8. RTO: 10 RTO days max approved; RTO not allowed June 28-July 9, 2026; September 2-12, 2026; October 25-November 4, 2026 (flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions); only two pre-approved RTOs per unit details 9. Returning Staff: Any resource who completed a full year on assignment must not be rebooked for at least one year 10. Travel/Local: Local bill rate is $96 if candidate lives less than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
