- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Main OR for General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, Colorectal; HARD STOP: Circulate and Scrub experience required; Main OR does not include scrub and/or circulating for OH and Vascular specialties 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic, Pyxis 7. Shifts/Call: 2-3 weekends per 8-week schedule (in-house or on call); 7-8 calls per 8-week schedule including 1 weekend call, 1-2 weekend shifts, and 2-3 weekday night call shifts; call shifts are either C1 (7pm-7am) or C2 (7am-7pm); holiday work expected based on number of major holidays falling within assignment period 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; blackout dates during Spring Break (April 4th-12th) 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
