- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Ambulatory OR, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Orthopedic robotic surgery 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross; valid expiration dates required at submission 4. License: Valid CA RN License required; Nursys upload within last 2 weeks 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Shifts are 07:00-15:30, 09:30-18:00, and 14:30-23:00; weekend call required up to once per month; scheduling type is block 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; only 1 holiday per contract may be requested; holidays observed are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (holiday period begins 7:00 PM the night before and ends 7:00 AM the day after) 9. Returning Staff: No separation time required; former manager name must be included on application 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at local rate 11. Background: Any background or licensure hits must be disclosed with supporting documentation for facility HR approval prior to proceeding with application 12.
