- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: 30-40 cases daily; 1200-1500 cases monthly; robotic experience required; some trauma experience required 3. Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS required for OR RN; NRP cert copy required for PICU, PEDS & RRT submittals 4. License: Compact accepted at submission but must have AK license prior to starting for Acute specialties 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting system; EPIC preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Thursday nights 1845-0515; on-call required; weekend coverage required (Saturday or Sunday every weekend); variable Saturday/Sunday third shifts; 1-2 weekends and 2-4 weekdays call in 3-month timeframe 8. RTO: No restrictions mentioned; needs to be listed on profile 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 2 years before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile minimum radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Case by case approval 12. Modules: 4-5 hours average; billable; completed onsite during orientation via HealthStream 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy color; OR scrubs provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16.
